GRP Repairs & Refinishing
Large and detailed exterior GRP repair and refinishing works addressing damaged swim platform Repairs included preparation, laminate and surface restoration, fairing and finishing, with particular attention to matching the existing contours and exterior finish.

Third Station Installation & Integration
Installation of an additional third control station. Complete new GRP mould including the station, inner bin and door, high quality original factory finish, not only retro fitted, factory option added in field. The project involved installation of helm controls and associated equipment, integration with the yacht’s existing control systems, electrical and mechanical works, testing and final finishing.

Forward Cabin Refit
Refurbishment of the forward cabin to restore and update the interior. Works included removal and preparation of existing finishes, repairs to interior components and surfaces, installation or refurbishment of selected elements, and final finishing while retaining the character of the vessel.

Engineering & Yacht Works
Extensive electrical refit project due to electrical fire caused by the lightning strike and grounding system failure. Replacement of the entire cathodic protection system, AC circuits and AC CB enclosure. Partial replacement of the surrounding DC high load circuits.

Condition Survey
Detailed condition survey covering the yacht’s structural, mechanical and onboard systems. Machinery spaces, equipment, electrical and plumbing systems, deck hardware, interior and exterior condition were inspected to identify existing defects and areas requiring maintenance or future attention.
2017 Princess Yachts 30M
GRP Windscreen laminate repair & Finishing
Structural GRP laminate repair works around the yacht’s windscreen area. Damaged sections were prepared and repaired using new laminate, followed by fairing, surface preparation and finishing to restore both structural integrity and the original exterior appearance.
2020 Lagoon Catamaran 46
GRP Repairs & Refinishing
GRP repair and restoration works to damaged bow near water-line of the catamaran. Using a RIB as a workstation, the project included preparation of affected areas, laminate repairs where required, fairing and shaping, surface preparation and final refinishing to achieve a clean and consistent finish.

Pre-Purchase Survey
Comprehensive pre-purchase inspection to assess the yacht’s overall condition prior to acquisition. The survey covered hull and structure, machinery, engineering systems, electrical systems, navigation equipment, safety equipment and general onboard condition, with findings documented for the prospective owner to make informed discussion on vessel expected price.
